Terms & Conditions

Your booking with Pan Tour Pty Ltd is accepted subject to the following terms and conditions. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree that these terms and conditions will apply.

• Any amendments to your booking after confirmation are subject to availability.
• Pan Tour Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge for any additions related to the amendment.

In the event of a cancellation:

• Bookings canceled by 5:00 PM the day before the booking: No cancellation fee.
• Bookings canceled after 5:00 PM the day before the booking: 50% cancellation fee.
• Bookings canceled as a bus or coach is en route to pick-up: 100% cancellation fee.

For payments via credit card (VISA or MasterCard only), Pan Tour Pty Ltd will charge an additional fee of 2% of the booking value, including GST.

1. Full payment (100%) of the booking(s) is required to confirm a booking no later than 2 business days prior to the travel date.
2. Charter bookings will remain in ‘Quote’ status until full payment is received.
3. Payment can be made through direct payment or credit card (VISA or MasterCard only).

1. Confirmed and completed charter bookings will be converted to ‘Invoice’ status.
2. Clients will receive a tax invoice(s) with payment terms set as ‘end of the following month.’

In the event of an overdue account:

1. If referred to a collection agency or law firm, the client will be liable for all associated costs, including legal demand costs

Clients are responsible for any charges associated with extra time if the booking does not run as scheduled or if an extension is requested.

1. Food & Beverage Consumption (including alcohol): Consumption of food, beverages, and alcohol on any vehicle is strictly prohibited.
2. Damage to Vehicle: Clients are responsible for charges related to any damage caused to the vehicle during the booking, except when caused by Pan Tour Pty Ltd employees.
3. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited by law on all vehicles provided by Pan Tour Pty Ltd.

1. Prices quoted are subject to availability at the time of booking.
2. All quoted prices include GST.
3. Pan Tour Pty Ltd reserves the right to pass on any increases in airport charges, road tolls, entry fees, or parking charges without notice.
